Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the receipt date of your shipment, for a full refund. The price of shipping of your order will be subtracted from your refund. Return the product via UPS or US Mail prepaid and insured. Hold on to your shipping receipt for proof. Please enclose your product invoice and reason for returning the product. Only unused unopened products can be accepted for a full refund. When returning a product, all parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging with your return for a full refund. Please include a copy of your INVOICE. Return shipping fees will not be refunded. 10% restocking fee on used-product return. Please accompany a copy of original receipt with all returns.
